Maintenance & Customer Support Department

Handles all service and support issues including product installation, application and after- sale support and maintenance.

Sales Department:

Handles all sales issues including price offers, customer visits and customer technical awareness of our distributed products, products' comparisons, contract negotiation and agreement.

Marketing Department:

Handles all marketing issues including products and presenting the technical specifications of all the distributed products (software and hardware).

Purchasing and Accounting Department:

Responsible for all purchasing and accounting issues.

Business Development Department

Responsible for improving business prospects and adding value to the company via enhancing its competitive advantage and customer relationship.

Project Management Department:

Responsible for handling all projects starting from initialization up to handing over and training.
